Quadruple your film applicator power

The TQC Sheen Quadruplex 4-Sided Applicators have four application sides. This is so you can apply paint films with a choice of four different predefined gap sizes, and a film width of either 60 mm or 80 mm.  

One side of the applicator features optional guidance support to help you achieve straight application, plus it comes with a convenient built-in sample reservoir.  

Dual Quadruplex

In addition to the normal Quadruplex range, we also have a dual applicator option. It offers the capability for two layers in one applicator, providing the perfect solution for when you need to apply two samples at the same time.

Note: The total applicator width is the film width + 2 x 20 mm  

All applicators are made from high-grade stainless steel, with an accuracy of ± 2 µm.

Due to physical reasons, the maximum film thickness applied is not equal to the gap size. The deposited film thickness may vary from 40% to 80% of the gap size. Also note that the dry film thickness will be lower than wet thickness due to solvent or water evaporation.
