Installation services – So, you’ve selected your new equipment. Great! Now you’re just waiting for it to arrive so you can get started. However, if your new instrument isn’t set up to work optimally, then you won’t get the best results. And that’s not what we want.
This is where our Installation service team comes in – our experts will ensure smooth set up of your instrument and ensure everything is configured in a way that allows you to achieve the best result for your specific testing and inspection needs. Most of our installation service teams are safe contractor-approved, so you are in safe hands.
We won’t just set things up and leave though – our trained technicians will ensure your operators are clued up on how to use the machine straight away. This saves on costly delays and allows you to get started from Day 1.
The familiarization process can take place on-site or remotely – whatever you prefer! And if you’d like to arrange small group training (either onsite, online, or at one of our facilities), we can make this happen.

Many of our local service teams are 17025 accredited by multiple agencies and safe contractor approved – this allows us to meet the customer’s regulatory requirements in appropriate industries and locations. You can rest assured that ALL instruments are calibrated using accurate testing equipment that meets accepted industry standards (including those provided by the National Institute of Standard and Technology along with other appropriate regional standards agencies).
Whenever you need a calibration or validation service, we’re here to help – and we have a range of options available. You can opt into a servicing agreement when you purchase a piece of equipment and access one of our multi-year discount programs. Alternatively, if you have an instrument that’s already installed and now requires servicing, we’re happy to help.
