Octuple your film applicator power 

The TQC Sheen Octoplex 8-Sided Applicator has eight application sides. This is so you can apply your sample and have a choice of eight different predefined gap sizes, at film width sizes of 8 x 60mm.  

Each side of the eight-sided applicator will help you achieve straight application, plus it comes with a convenient built-in sample reservoir.

Note: The VF1550 has a total width of the film 60 mm + 2 x 7.5 mm. 

Due to physical reasons, the maximum film thickness attainable is not equal to the gap depth. The deposited film thickness may vary from 40% to 80% of the clearance/gap depth. Also note that the dry film thickness will be lower than the film wet thickness due to solvent/water evaporation.
