Our Headspace Analyzers are high-performance instruments designed for accurate oxygen level measurements, or both oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations. Both models offer advanced technology, ease of use, and reliable results for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) analysis.
With unsurpassed accuracy, reliability, and flexibility under the most demanding on-line operating conditions, the EC900 process oxygen analyzer is a breath of fresh air.
Invest in a powerful ZR800 Series Oxygen Analyzer and you’ll measure the oxygen in most industrial gas streams from 0.1ppm up to 100% volumes.
The ATEX-certified EC91 is an intrinsically safe oxygen analyzer that provides and transmits accurate oxygen measurements of gas streams in hazardous areas.
A handy starter kit that includes everything required for users to start working on headspace tests, including needles, filters and more. The starter kit is included with the Systech GS6500 or GS6600 Headspace Analyzer, or can be purchased separately if required.
Systech EC9031 Oxygen Deficiency Monitor presents the ideal solution for continuous measurement of ambient oxygen, temperature, humidity and pressure in a wide range of rooms and spaces.
Moisture Detector MM500 The ultimate moisture detector providing precise moisture measurement in process gas analysis.
Designed for fast, reliable and convenient oxygen and carbon dioxide testing, our portable Systech Gaspace Handheld Analyzers deliver accurate results, wherever you need them.
The impact of too much oxygen can be highly detrimental to your product, which is why having the right oxygen analyzers in place to ensure oxygen-free processing is essential.
Use our testing solutions to create the ideal setup for your products, whether you’re in operating in the beverage, medical application, or flexible packaging sectors.
If you’re searching for a process oxygen analyzer, a dissolved oxygen analyzer, a paramagnetic oxygen sensor, or another solution, you’ll find a high-quality option with Industrial Physics.
Ensure that you can accurately and precisely measure oxygen levels with our wide range of equipment. Across our array of oxygen analysis solutions, you can gather reports into oxygen levels at part per million levels. This depth of insight offers critical information that allows you to act quickly and take corrective action, when needed.

Selecting the right oxygen analyzer depends on factors such as expected oxygen concentration ranges, process temperature, gas composition, and whether you need inline, at‑line, or laboratory measurement. For example, paramagnetic sensors are ideal for continuous monitoring of low‑level oxygen in clean gas streams, while electrochemical or zirconia sensors may be better suited for higher‑temperature or variable‑gas environments. Understanding your process conditions and required accuracy ensures you choose an analyzer that delivers stable, repeatable results.
Oxygen analyzers are designed to measure the paramagnetic properties of the air or gas in an atmosphere, allowing you to determine the O2 concentration of a particular gas. The accuracy of O2 analysis is paramount, as it can directly affect the quality and safety of the environment or product.
Most oxygen analyzers use thermal conductivity to measure the properties of a gas and have two chambers containing a resistance wire. A magnetic field will be created in one chamber and not in the other. Gas is then passed through a diffuser to enter the two chambers. Oxygen is drawn to the magnetized chamber and, because oxygen conducts heat effectively, the difference in temperature between the two wires can be used to measure how much oxygen is present.
Our wide range of oxygen process equipment offers solutions for a huge range of sectors and applications, including:
