General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you with a delivery date or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Locations
Products offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide by UPS Courier Service. If UPS does not deliver to a specific region or country we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Dispatch Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to dispatch your order within two business days from the date of your order and within 6 weeks for assembly products. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the shipping destination. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Damaged Items in Transit
If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately.
Returns & Refunds
You can return products in the original packaging within 7 days from the date you received it with proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund.
The following only applies to customers who are natural persons and do not operate in a professional capacity.
The customer as described in the sentence before has the right to terminate its agreement with Industrial Physics for free within 14 days after receiving the purchased product, without providing a reason.
The term of 14 days starts on the day the after the customer (or a third party appointed by the customer (not being the postal carrier)) has received the purchased product, or if:
- The customer has ordered multiple products in one order: the day on which the customer (or a third party appointed by the customer (not being the postal carrier)) has received the last product of that order;
- The delivery of a products consists of several different shipments or parts: the day on which the customer (or a third party appointed by the customer (not being the postal carrier)) has received the last shipment or part of the product;
- There is a case of Agreements for regular deliveries of products during a determined period of time: the day on which the customer (or a third party appointed by the customer (not being the postal carrier)) received the first product.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Industrial Physics.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are entitled, we will send you a replacement product.
Any product you return must be in the original condition prior to dispatch.
Shipping
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
