2024: A year in events
Connecting with customers is highly important to us at Industrial Physics. And one of the ways we’re able to do that is by attending industry events across the globe.
As specialists across an array of industries within the world of packaging, life sciences, and specialized industrials, our team is packed with knowledgeable professionals eager to speak with fellow experts. This year we had the chance to meet many of you in person…
2024 in numbers
With so many events taking place, here’s a snapshot of our 2024 event calendar in numbers:
- We were able to connect with over 1,000 of you at our booths – sharing insights around the latest developments in test and measurement solutions
- We attended 12 trade shows across the globe – from Europe, to Asia, to the USA, and to Mexico
- An enormous 250,000 visitors attended the shows we were exhibiting at
- More than 500 countries were represented at these shows
- We were one of us just 8,000 global exhibitors across these shows
- Interestingly, in the last year we exhibited at the three largest exhibition spaces in the US: McCormick Place (Chicago), Orange County Convention Center (Orlando) and Las Vegas Convention Center (Las Vegas)
Our Industrial Physics team: old and new faces
This year, two new specialist testing companies, Torus and SpecMetrix, became part of the Industrial Physics group – allowing us the opportunity to branch out to different events and bring new faces into our network of specialists!
In July, our Torus team members exhibited at the Cannex & Fillex showcase in Guangzhou, China, allowing our customers to learn more about our broad portfolio of metal packaging testing tools. We also attended numerous other events for masters of metal, such as Asia CanTech 2024 and the IMPDA.
These conferences allowed us to share more about solutions that could impact production lines for can makers and can fillers, instruments like our CMC-KUHNKE AUTO-XTS – a fully automated, on-line, or stand-alone seam inspection solution.
Supporting a wealth of industries
From Pack Expo, to Craft Brewers Conference, to Expo Pack Mexico, to NPE, and TAPPICON, we travelled to a whole host of packaging and material conferences with our experts – sharing insights on everything from food and beverage, to plastics and polymers, to paper and pulp and flexible packaging. And we also attended a host of inks and coatings industry events, including Paint Expo and the American Coatings Show.
