The BHF-3000 is an operator-independent measurement system. The bead/height/flange combination gauge combines the functions of three essential gauges for objective, accurate and repeatable measurements.

Our combination gauges automatically and accurately measure bead depth, can height and flange width, with the option of roll bead measurement and bead profile. You can take up to 36 measurements around the can as this innovative combination gauge rotates it effortlessly for you.
With its solid, fixture-based design, v-block positioner and automatic operation you can have complete confidence in the measurements you take with the BHF-3000 combination gauge. It takes away any operator influence problems – you don’t need any quality assurance experience to get top results.
Our combination gauge can be set to English, German, Spanish and Chinese, with other languages available upon request.
