Caniel needed an instrument to speed up their seamer changeovers. When you use our vision device you’ll significantly reduce seamer setup and changeover times. You also lessen and shorten the number of unscheduled stops, while the gauge doubles up as a preventative maintenance and troubleshooting tool against seam defects. 

Unlike a traditional feeler gauge, which requires vast experience and a bit of guesswork, our Quality By Vision machine presents a helpful live image. You can set the roll chuck distance according to preset standards, ensuring your seams are compliant and set up correctly according to your own standards.

 This sophisticated technology of the Quality By Vision Clearance Gauge has the potential to solve a wealth of problems. The system provides a live image of the roll and the chuck. This allows customers to see if a defect is in place and then prevent the problems in real time. There are also a few additional benefits - the roll and chuck defects are visible and the changeover stops can be reduced.
