Understanding Zirconia-Based Oxygen Analysis

Accurate, continuous oxygen measurement is critical in a wide range of industrial processes. In electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, even trace levels of oxygen during soldering or reflow operations can cause oxidation and component failure. This signal is processed by a high-speed microprocessor and converted into a linearised digital readout, giving operators a direct, stable, and accurate oxygen concentration reading in real time.
