The Z401 has been designed to cover multiple measurement capabilities, including countersink depth, panel depth, curl height, curl diameter, average metal thickness and more. 

With repeatable measurement capabilities and modular design flexibility, it ensures reliable results for can manufacturers. 

Precision in Every Measurement

Each shell is automatically collected from a stack and positioned into the gauging module using an integrated pick-and-place system. The measurement process is controlled via the TMS GaugeXplorer Measurement and Machine Control software, ensuring seamless operation.
