Steinfurth NICOlab

The NICOLAB is an advanced bench-top CO2 analyzer that offers accurate non-destructive testing of CO2 in filled beverage containers. 


Brought to you by Steinfurth, our electromechanical testing systems brand, the NICOLAB CO2 analyzer combines state-of-the-art technology and controls for the best in carbon dioxide measurement.  

Both taste and shelf life are influenced by the amount of dissolved CO2 gas in beverages. So it’s vital for beverage makers to have complete confidence in their CO2 measurement capability.  

The NICOLAB CO2 analyzer offers fully automatic and user-independent sample preparation and measurement. It provides an accurate and reliable measurement method for diagnostically conclusive monitoring of in-pack CO2 content.  

Thermonanometric CO2 measurement 

The sophisticated technology of the NICOlab CO2 analyzer  allows you to create a reproducible thermodynamic state in your packaging. Then it automatically collects insightful data.  

The advanced thermometric readings produced are based on the measurement of pressure / temperature and the calculation of CO2 using the Henry’s law approach.
