Controlled Atmosphere Ovens & Furnaces 

Controlled atmosphere ovens and furnaces are used in the manufacture of metal products, where a specialised environment is essential to achieve the desired product finish.

 

Typically the controlled environment will contain a high percentage of nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and helium (flushing) but almost no oxygen (inert). Or you could use a gas mixture to achieve the results you need.  

The oxygen must be accurately measured, whilst the nitrogen is controlled and regulated. This ensures that the correct atmosphere is maintained and running costs are minimized..
