Technidyne gloss calibration standards and subscription services

Choose from the following gloss calibration standards to support your calibration of the Test/Plus® Gloss 75 Degree instrument:

• 75° Gloss Calibration (TGT7TB85): developed specifically for use with the Technidyne PROFILE/Plus® Gloss 75 Degree, this calibration standard supports accurate gloss measurements aligned with TAPPI T480 and ISO 8254-1. A regular calibration schedule supports consistent performance and process control in demanding production environments. 

If you test frequently, we recommend a monthly calibration routine. While one-time purchases are available, monthly and quarterly subscriptions are a more cost-effective and convenient solution. 

Each gloss calibration standard is supplied with clear instructions for use and a calibration traceability statement.

How often should I use the paper calibration standards?

You can use our paper calibration standards to calibrate your machine as often as you want. If you test regularly, we recommend that you do so on a monthly basis.

What makes Technidyne paper calibration standards unique?

Our paper calibration standards were designed in our ISO 4094 compliant labs with a specific Technidyne machine, test type, and/or testing standard in mind. Our instruments meet the calibration requirements of national and international standards, and our products are regularly audited by partnering bodies to ensure we remain at a high level of traceability.

Subscription service questions

Do you offer a paper calibration standard subscription service?

Yes, while you can purchase paper calibration standard kits on a one-time basis, it’s more cost-effective to take out a monthly or quarterly subscription (January/April/July/October). Both subscription options are available on a 12-month basis. If you’d like to subscribe for a longer period of time, then get in touch to discuss the options.

When are monthly orders shipped out?

If you order your monthly subscription before the 15th of any month, then you can expect to receive it that same month. Any orders made after the 15th will typically be shipped to be received the following month.

When are quarterly orders shipped out?

We process and send out quarterly paper calibration standards four times a year in January, April, July, and October. So, if you order a quarterly subscription service in February, you can expect your first order to be processed and shipped in April.
