TQC Sheen Test Panels

TQC Sheen Test Panels are engineered to deliver maximum reproducibility in paint and coating performance testing. Manufactured in a broad selection of dimensions, materials, and thicknesses, these high‑quality panels provide a stable, uniform substrate for abrasion, corrosion, hardness, and general laboratory evaluations. Each panel is carefully prepared – smooth, matt, harmonic, degreased, cleaned, or surface‑treated depending on the model – to ensure consistent test outcomes across batches.

Designed for convenience and precision, every panel includes a hanging hole for easy handling during application, drying, and storage. Options span steel, aluminum, chromated, mirror‑polished, PVC‑protected, and specialty finishes, with both standard and custom sizes available to meet unique testing requirements. These panels are also included as optional components in the Qualicoat kit.
