Description

The TQC Sheen Zero Plate Set includes both ferrous (FE) and non-ferrous (NF) zero plates designed to support DeFelsko coating thickness probes. These precision-ground plates are used to verify probe calibration before testing coatings on a variety of substrates.

They provide a consistent, uncoated surface for initial “zero” calibration and can be used with shims or polystyrene blocks for further verification. This dual-plate set is especially useful for technicians working with both steel and aluminum substrates—or with large or flexible materials requiring a temporary base.
