As the leader of our global services at Industrial Physics, Ray is joining our organization with a wealth of skills. As a customer-focused business leader, he has extensive experience in utilizing customer insights and leading strategic plans to drive transformational business growth through innovation and delivery excellence in services. Throughout his career, he has taken on multiple senior level global roles in service including operations, service sales, portfolio development and contract management.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Ray worked in the field of communications and electronics. Following his military service Ray joined Danaher in 2006. His most recent role was as the Vice President of Global Product Tech Support at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics where he was responsible for driving service outcomes throughout the new product development cycle, solving the most complex customer escalations, driving product improvements and lifecycle management. Before joining Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, he held various leadership roles in customer service, technical support, Sales, business unit, and service as part of Hach, now a Veralto Inc. operating company.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with an Industrial Emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from Regis University.
Ray is a native of Colorado and currently resides in Windsor, Colorado. During his down time he can be found enjoying all that Colorado has to offer and spending time with his wife of 25 years and their three daughters: Ragen (20), Lucy (18), and Layla (13).
