About
Misti Kilburn serves as Vice President of Human Resources and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. She brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, retail automotive, non-profit, and fitness industries, with extensive experience leading people strategies in global, matrixed organizations.
Misti joined Industrial Physics as HR Leader for EMEA and APAC and has since progressed through multiple leadership roles, expanding her remit to lead the company’s global HR function. In her current role, she is responsible for shaping and executing Industrial Physics’ global people strategy, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, and building the capabilities needed to support the company’s growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Industrial Physics, Misti held senior HR leadership roles at Sensient Technologies and PureGym, where she developed broad experience across talent management, organizational change, employee engagement, and strategic HR business partnering.
Misti is passionate about building high-performing organizations and strong leadership teams. She brings a practical, hands-on approach to transformation and is focused on creating an environment where leaders are equipped to lead effectively, employees can perform at their best, and people strategy is closely aligned with business priorities.
