About
As Chief Financial Officer of Industrial Physics, John Weyers brings a rich range of experience to our organization. Based in Denver, John is a family-oriented professional. As a CPA he also holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
For 15 years, John worked at 3M Company – within his time he was responsible for corporate financial planning and the financial integration of 3M’s then largest acquisition before ultimately taking on the role of CFO for the global electronics displays division in Tokyo.
Immediately prior to joining Industrial Physics, John led the finance, purchasing, and IT teams for a business in Los Angeles. As a big believer in the employee ownership program currently in place across our organization, John is particularly passionate about ensuring both customer experience and employee engagement are at the forefront of any commercial strategy, while also empowering the whole organization to take ownership of cash.
