Introducing ISO 2574 – Industrial Physics

ISO 2574 is an international ISO test that helps you to compare and group single-core, multi-core and coaxial cables that are used in the wiring of aircraft.

The International Organization of Standards (ISO) produce a wide range of ISO standards to guide manufacturers, production lines and laboratories when checking the integrity of packaging, products, and materials across many industries.

This ISO wire test is used by the aerospace industry to specify the manner in which these cables should be marked in relation to their type, size, origin or date. It also specifies the approved methods for the marking of cores. This all helps with servicing and to investigate faults and identify replacement requirements.

ISO 2574 allows for the codification of manufacturer’s identities by individual countries. It’s the ideal testing standard to employ alongside some of the others in existence – talk to us about the other options available.

Our ISO 2754 aerospace testing equipment

So, how can Industrial Physics improve your ISO 2754 aerospace testing?

TQC Sheen Bresle Test Kit
When you’re preparing to coat a blast-cleaned surface and need to first assess the level of soluble salts – look no further than the TQC Sheen Bresle Test Kit.

Our Bresle Test Kit is perfect for companies that work within marine coatings, protective coatings and pipeline coatings. It will help you to detect the presence of soluble salts expressed in milligrams per square meter.
