The TQC Sheen Master Paint Plate Multitester (SP3000) is a portable stainless steel cross cut adhesion test kit for coating QC to ISO 2409, ASTM D3359 and GOST 15140 - with built-in wet film applicator (0-180 µm), edge rounding check, and viscosity leveling test.

TQC Sheen Cross Cut Adhesion Test Kits assess coating adhesion by cutting a lattice pattern through a dry paint or coating film and classifying how much material lifts. Three cutter series (CC1000 multi-cutter with eight round edges, CC2000 single cutter, CC3000 depth-adjustable wheel-guided cutter) work with a full range of blades covering coating thicknesses from 0 to 250 µm on hard or soft substrates. Used by paints and coatings laboratories, industrial paint QC teams, automotive coating suppliers and coating applicators, the kits classify results to ISO 2409:2020, ASTM D3359-23 and GOST 15140 - portable, no power required, results in minutes.

The PTK Pretreatment Test Kit brings the key surface-preparation checks into one portable case for coatings inspectors working on steel prior to painting. It covers soluble salt (Bresle), dust, surface profile and cleanliness assessment, so contamination and profile faults are caught before coating is applied.
