The TQC Sheen Fibro PGX+ Pocket Goniometer is a portable, video-based instrument for measuring contact angle, surface tension and surface free energy on paper, board, coated substrates, metals, glass, solar panels and other engineered surfaces. Powered from a single USB connection and taking up to 80 frames per second, it captures both static and dynamic contact angle in one measurement - so quality, R&D and production teams can verify wettability, adhesion readiness and coating performance at the bench or in the field without sample preparation.

The DAT measures the contact angle (dynamic and static), surface tension, penetration, surface energy and spreading. The instrument uses a sophisticated camera to capture the fall/ shape of the drop, the shape on the sample and eventually the penetration. The pump and the camera work closely together. This is critical to have the correct amount of liquid and have each test start at the same time.

The PG Dosing Unit is a standalone pumping device designed to deliver liquid droplets from a disposable 1 ml syringe.
