The Z615 Benchtop Semi-Automatic Food End Buckle & Burst Test Gauge offers industry-leading can end buckle testing with an accuracy of +/- 5.0 Kpa (+/- 0.05 Bar).
Set up your burst and buckle tests and adjust as you need. With the Z615, you can set your end type specific parameters and the test flow rates can be adjusted as per your requirements.
All you need to do is load your can end into the related change tooling and start the device. The Z615 end gauge clearly displays the maximum buckle pressure with a real time signature (graph) that includes numerical data. The results are then quickly exported to your SPC data acquisition system for analysis.
In addition to buckle testing, the Z615 allows users to carry out reliable burst testing too. The burst test for can ends can be adjusted as per your requirements and goes up to a maximum of 125 psi pressure.
With either measurement, you simply load up your can end sample and let our device do the rest.
Your end testing results appear on a clear digital screen after each batch is measured. The live feed pressure display graph and the table format numeric display respond using the parameter values you’ve inputted.
