This gauge has excellent accuracy and resolution for measuring trimmed beverage cans up to 250mm. The operator manually loads the can samples, which remain securely positioned throughout the rapid measurement process.

Designed as a manual, handheld tool, the Z543 requires no air or power supply, offering convenient use directly on the production floor. Components are loaded, measured, and unloaded manually by the operator, supporting fast inspection.

The Z543 includes a Mitutoyo DTI (digital indicator) for consistent, easy-to-read results and can be optionally connected to legacy software systems.
