The newly developed Steinfurth PU Monitor extends the proven Past Control System with a versatile man-machine interface directly at the pasteurisation line. Access to all data and functions of the Steinfurth logger is either via a modern touch user interface or via an Ethernet connection with a widely compatible communication protocol.
KHS, the joint development partner for the new PU monitor, used the remote communication option to integrate it into its pasteuriser control system. In this way, direct measured value adjustment and remote configuration of the logger is possible, while the cooling module supplied can cool the water down to 5°C.
