Brought to you by Steinfurth, our electromechanical testing systems brand, the CDA-Check Bottle Steinfurth is what you need to check a carbon dioxide analyzer.
Use it to validate the latest technological developments of measuring heads found in co2 analyzers like the Steinfurth CDA-MK 6.
It’s easy to use the CDA – Check Bottle and you don’t need any special skills.
Simply apply the device as you would to a typical bottle from the filling line to the Steinfurth Carbon Dioxide Analyzer. The CDA check bottle is inserted and connected to the measuring head and the base unit by a Y-connector.
From here the validation takes place. The results from the measuring head and the CDA Check Bottle are displayed next to each other, so any deviations are clearly visible.
Our carbon dioxide analyzer device consists of a polycarbonate container, equipped with high precision sensors for pressure and temperature.
Across the IP portfolio we make a wide range of CO2 analyzers and devices for carbon dioxide measurement.
Take the Steinfurth NICO for example. It’s the handheld alternative to the NICOLAB CO2 analyzer. Just like its stationary sibling, it offers you non-destructive CO2 measurement in filled beverage containers.
You should also check out the Steinfurth Automatic CO2 Tester CDA MK-6. It measures pressure and temperature simultaneously, calculates the CO2 content and transfers the measurement results via data-interface to the base-unit.
Another great CO2 measurement device from our Steinfurth range to consider is the Steinfurth CO2 Tank & KEG Tester. It checks the CO2 content at different process stages to verify the quality of the final product. This CO2 analyzer can be connected to a tank of the product line or keg for simple product sampling.
We’ve learnt a thing or two about how to build innovative yet reliable carbon dioxide analyzers and we like to talk and write about it!
For example, we’ve published this blog that explores how some of the most popular infrared carbon dioxide sensors work. If this type of content interests you then why not also check out this article that explains why electrochemical cells are used in oxygen analyzers.
