CMC-KUHNKE Manual Seam Thickness Gauge

The STG-4000 Manual Seam Thickness Gauge provides objective, repeatable and reliable measurements for beverage, food or aerosol cans. 

Description

Developed by CMC-KUHNKE, our metal testing expert brand, the STG-4000 manual thickness gauge gives you completely operator independent measurement of cans for increased accuracy and consistency.   

It is the first seam thickness gauge designed to closely duplicate hand micrometer readings up to a 603 diameter can (153mm). Our manual thickness gauge does a thorough job – it measures the seam thickness on two or three points at the can seam. 

This innovative seam measuring gauge encounters less false operation than a seam micrometer and the measuring pressure and angle do not change.
