Automatic or Manual Parameter Definition
The intelligent BT Integra-Pack© will test any package in automatic mode, with no need to input test parameters. However, its sophisticated nature is combined with a manual mode that lets the user input parameters such as ramp rate control and back pressure drop sensitivity. This allows testing of special configurations or types of packages or perform specific research and data-gathering activities.

Icon-based, Touch-Driven Color Display
The touchscreen color display provides easy, clear navigation through the wide variety of data handling and review screens. Clearly defined icons make it easy to choose test modes, move from automatic to manual test settings, view test results in numeric and/or graphical format, and securely handle accumulated data.

The BT Integra-Pack is a definitive step forward for traditional burst testing. A completely integrated process control tool, the instrument is not only valuable at the point of testing, but is also able to transmit your data from direct process control to your quality department, making it a quality control tool as well. Its objective is to enable you to produce a package that is as valid as the product enclosed.

    Closed Package Test Fixture Assembly

    Closed Package Test Fixture Assembly Seal Strength and Leak Integrity Test Fixture Use with the TME BT-1000 Automated Package Tester or TME BT Integra Pack to test completely sealed flexible material packages. The assembly includes the Closed Package Test Probe and Stand, Package-Ports© and Adhesive Disks. By using the patented Package-Ports© system of a port and adhesive disk along with the penetrating test probe, a leak-tight path is created to connect the package internal volume directly to the test instrument. The variable height clamp stand can be used to penetrate packages with the probe down or up to accommodate most package sizes. The BT-1000, BT Integra Pack and TS-02 Closed Package Test Fixture Assembly meet the guidelines of ASTMÂ test standards. The Closed/Sealed Package Test Fixture includes the pressurizing Test Probe Assembly and a variable height clamping stand. The Test Probe Assembly is used to penetrate closed porous or non-porous packages and connect the instrument pneumatic supply and sensor system to the package under test. The Drill Press style variable height clamping stand allows easy adjustment of probe to various package sizes and configurations.

    Closed Package Test Probe

    Package Test Probe For Flexible Package Seal Strength and Leak Integrity Testing Use with the TME BT Integra Pack to test completely sealed flexible material packages. By using the patented Package-Ports© system consisting of a port and adhesive disk along with the penetrating test probe, a leak-tight path is created to connect the package internal volume directly to the test instrument. The package testing probe is sealed inside the port as it is inserted, allowing the probe to maintain a leak tight path with the package and the instrument. The TS-03 Test Probe is available in the standard pointed tip or a flat tip for use with small packages such as transdermal packs. The TS-03 test probe can be used in conjunction with a Restraining Plate Fixture to provide closed package tests that conform to ASTM test methods.

    Filter Dryer Set

    Filter Dryer Set For Use with All TME Leak, Flow and Package Testers Protects your leak, flow or package tester from damage from water, water vapor, oil vapor or oil. Air quality provided to your instrument is critical to the long term performance of the equipment. The air supply must not contain water or oil liquid or vapor; otherwise, sensitive pneumatic components and the transducer may be damaged. The warranty on the instrument does not extend to damage caused by oil or water contamination or heavy particulate contamination. The components consist of: a. Coalescing Filter - 16 CFM, 150 psig maximum at 125F b. Desiccant Drying Filter - 5 CFM, 150 psig maximum at 125F c. Final Filter - 40 CFM, 5 um, 150 psig maximum at 125F The coalescing filter prevents oil vapors from contaminating the desiccant drying resin and decreasing their absorption capability. The desiccant drying material is silica gel with an indicating color. When the silica has turned PINK the material must be replaced or recharged. Recharging may be done according to manufacturer's instructions. The final filter is a particulate filter to prevent dust from the desiccant drying cartridge from entering the instrument. This filter can be monitored for discoloration or visible particulate. The filter element is a 5um pore size and can be washed and blown dry for reuse. Not all compressed air is acceptable instrument quality. For that reason a filtering system that combines a 5-micron filter with a drying system is advised. This system will provide both the filter and a desiccant dried air for the instrument, assuming basic plant air is controlled for moisture

    Open Package Test Fixtures

    NEW TS-01-EXP 12" Open Package Fixture As of February 2017 the TS-01-EXP supersedes the TS-01 and TS-01 HP Use the TS-01-EXP with the TME BT-1000 Automated Package Tester or TME BT Integra Pack to test flexible porous peelable pouches sealed on three sides. The TS-01-EXP can be used for non-porous welded pouches up to 30 psi. The 12-inch open package fixture provides a pneumatically driven clamp that will seal the open end of a flexible package during the inflation testing for package seal strength in accordance with ASTM F-1140. TS-04 24" to 48" Manual Open Package Fixture A similar seal is obtained with optional manual or pneumatic clamp on the 24-inch to 48-inch model. The flexible materials of the clamp surfaces conform to the installed supply and sensor tubes, sealing the package material and test assembly. The supply/sensor probe is sealed on its outer surface to the inside of the package while it communicates with the internal volume, establishing a direct flow path to the measuring instrument.
