CMC-KUHNKE QbyV: Noise Reducer Case (NRC), Food Can Saw

The perfect partner to go with the Automatic Saw for Food cans. The Noise Reducer Case (NRC) was introduced to help reduce the noise so the saw can be safely used inside the lab.  

The TBS-4A Automatic Saw for Food Cans by CMC-KUHNKE is an automatic twin blade saw for double seam destructive inspection of food cans. The saw utilizes a special technique which cuts identical double seams without the operator’s influence. However, this technique can create a high noise factor, which can be significantly reduced with the Noise Reducer Case. 

Technical features of the NRC:

• Case should be sold together with a saw, as the saw will get an extra interface to connect the start/stop buttons, the speed regulation and the emergency stop from the case to the saw. 

• If you already have a saw and want to add the case, please contact us so that your saw can be sent to our site for installation.  

• The reduced noise level is around 80 db. 

• For round cans: the maximum can diameter is 170mm and max. height is 280mm. 

• For rectangular cans: 180 x 180 x 100 is possible but dependent on can height 

• Case also possible for saws with table for rectangular cans
