It’s a handheld dewpoint meter that measures relative humidity (%RH), ambient temperature (Ta), and surface temperature (Ts). In addition, it calculates the dewpoint temperature (Td) and the difference between the calculated dewpoint temperature and the measured surface temperature. By providing these measurements in a single handheld instrument, the DewCheck 4 Series 2 helps inspectors quickly assess environmental conditions before coating application or surface treatment begins, supporting more informed quality control decisions.
Our dewpoint meter’s high-end industrial humidity and temperature sensors, combined with a two-year traceable calibration certificate supplied as standard, give operators confidence in the consistency of their measurements without the need for frequent recalibration.

Yes. The DewCheck 4 Series 2 can be used on the spot for individual readings or operated as a standalone data logger with extensive logging capabilities. Results are transferred to a PC via USB and analysed using the included TQC Sheen Ideal Finish Analysis software, which supports graphical reporting, trend analysis and custom reports.
The DewCheck 4 Series 2 is supplied with a USB communication cable and a leather carry pouch as standard, along with the TQC Sheen Ideal Finish Analysis software.
