Our cylindrical bend testers are used for all sorts of applications across industries, including: aerospace, automotive, beverage, defense, education, industrial, inks and coatings, marine and metal packaging. Wherever you need to bend, test the properties of paint film on metal surfaces, our mandrel testing machine can help.
The Cylindrical Bend Test machine bends large test panels (max. 150mm x 100mm) over the appropriately selected cylindrical mandrel. The smaller the diameter of the mandrel, the larger the tension on the coating. The bend test panel is then checked for cracks or damage in the coating.
Our sturdy bend testing device is made of a combination of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The robust mandrel holder is ideal for desktop use or wall mounting.
Our Cylindrical Mandrel Bend Testers are designed to be super easy to use. These handy machines have an ergonomic clamping device to line up the test panels and a meticulously designed lever for easy and smooth bending.
