From our specialist testing brand TQC Sheen, our bradawl tool is designed to be extremely sturdy and have an ergonomically shaped grip. It’s the perfect tool for inspecting dry rot in timber and other wooden materials.
Why need a bradawl tool? Dry rot is not always visible, especially when water-based paints with high elasticity have been used. With the bradawl and the wood moisture meter, you can measure the moisture in wood content and assess for dry rot accurately. After measuring the wood content with a wood moisture meter, the places with over 20% of moisture can be tested for dry rot with the bradawl tool.
Made from stainless steel, this bradawl is designed to last and can be a trusted tool to have at your side. Included in the Basic Inspection Kit, or a spare can be ordered individually when required.
