When you need to determine the ideal sealing conditions for your packaging films, the SL-10 heat sealer provides all the critical information you could ask for.
Our hot tack tester’s touch-screen computer allows you to rapidly change key parameters including pressure, temperature and dwell time. While the built-in dual load cells measure the actual force applied to a film.
The computer controlled temperature is assured to ± 1.1°C (± 2°F) across the entire width of the film sample. Our heat sealer is equipped with a powerful computer that automatically compiles and graphs your accurate test results.
You can easily recall and view stored hot tack test results. The handy printer and data ports let you create reports and communicate information quickly and accurately.
The automatic sample loading tray of our heat sealer guarantees accurate test results by eliminating the scope for human error. Our loading tray inserts your samples without variation, while enhancing safety.
The SL-10 heat sealer comes equipped with a variety of communication ports for fast and accurate reporting. Test results can be communicated by Ethernet, USB devices or sent to an external printer. There’s even convenient keyboard, mouse and external monitor connections.
Our clever heat sealer can export test results and parameters to Microsoft Excel®. So you get a graphical representation of the data, individual test results, averages and any standard deviations.
Our heat seal testers comply with the stringent requirements of multiple international standards bodies including ASTM F1921 and ASTM F2029
