{"id":289885,"date":"2025-01-23T06:13:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T10:13:59","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2026-07-14T07:05:16","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T11:05:16","slug":"iso-1133-nl","status":"publish","type":"standards","link":"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/normen\/iso-1133-nl\/","title":{"rendered":"ISO 1133"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Introductie van ISO 1133 &#8211; Industrial Physics  <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">ISO 1133<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">is een reeks internationale<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">ISO-standaardprocedures<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">die de smeltmassastroomsnelheid (MFR) en de smeltvolumestroomsnelheid (MVR) van thermoplastische materialen bepalen.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Deze twee nauwkeurige<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">ISO-testen<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">, voornamelijk gebruikt voor kwaliteitscontrole en uitgevoerd onder gespecificeerde temperatuuromstandigheden, kunnen worden omschreven als:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\u25cf\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Procedure A &#8211; een methode voor massameting <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\u25cf\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Procedure B &#8211; een verplaatsingsmeetmethode.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Testen van smeltvolumestroomsnelheid <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is vooral handig bij het inspecteren van materialen met een verschillend vulstofgehalte en bij het vergelijken van gevulde en ongevulde thermoplasten. Massastroomsnelheidstests kunnen worden bepaald uit smeltvolumestroomsnelheidstestmetingen, of vice versa, vooropgesteld dat de smeltdichtheid bij de testtemperatuur bekend is.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Als u werkt met stabiele materialen die niet reologisch gevoelig zijn voor de omstandigheden die worden ervaren tijdens het testen van de smeltvloeisnelheid, wordt dit deel van ISO 1133 aanbevolen.
