De hoofdfunctie is het sealen van filmmonsters en het verstrekken van gegevens over de sealsterkte, zodat u de juiste sealcondities voor uw verpakkingsfilms kunt bevestigen voordat deze in productie gaan.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Op zichzelf werkt de SL-25 als een heatsealer, die filmmonsters van 1&#8243; tot 8&#8243; breed sealt bij de door u ingestelde temperaturen, druk en sluitingstijden. Sluit de SL-25 Hot Tack\/Seal-testunit (75-56-01) aan en het testen wordt uitgebreid met Hot Tack, Seal Test, Hot Tack Profile en Seal Test Profile.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Gebouwd rond GraphMaster Pro-software<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De SL-25 maakt via USB verbinding met een PC naar keuze en werkt met GraphMaster Pro, gedownload en bijgewerkt via het GraphMaster Download Center. GraphMaster Pro ondersteunt testprofielen op basis van temperatuur, sluitingstijd en druk, zodat u testcondities kunt cre\u00ebren die de werkelijkheid op uw productielijn weerspiegelen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De SL-25 heeft geen eigen display of touchscreen &#8211; alles wordt aangestuurd vanaf de PC van de klant met GraphMaster Pro.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Volledige controle over uw testparameters<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Testparameters worden volledig door de computer aangestuurd: een temperatuurinstelbereik van 21-400 \u00b0C, een sealdrukbereik van 30-800 N (werkelijke druk hangt af van bek-oppervlak), een sluitingstijd van 0,1-100 seconden en een peelsnelheid van 1-100 mm\/sec. Een configureerbare koeltijd van 0-6000 seconden geeft de seal de tijd om af te koelen voor het peelen, en u kunt groepen van maximaal 100 monsters per testserie uitvoeren.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Gebouwd voor een consistente, veilige werking<\/h3>\n<p>De boven- en ondersealtemperaturen worden onafhankelijk ingesteld, zodat u elke bek op zijn eigen instelpunt kunt laten werken en de benodigde sealcondities kunt reproduceren. Dubbele krachtopnemers meten de kracht die daadwerkelijk op de folie wordt uitgeoefend, wat de druk op het sealoppervlak consistent houdt van het ene monster naar het volgende. Veiligheidskappen en -schakelaars zijn standaard gemonteerd.<\/p>\n<h3>Accessoires, apart besteld<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Een set sealbekken is vereist om de SL-25 te gebruiken en wordt apart besteld. De SL-25 gebruikt dezelfde bekken als de SL-10. Bekken die u al in uw lab heeft voor een SL-10 passen dus op de SL-25, en bekken voor een SL-25 werken ook op een SL-10.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dankzij de snelwissel-inzetstukken voor de sealbekken kunt u snel wisselen tussen sealpatronen. De fenolhars tray voor de sealbekken (75-56-07) biedt een veilige plek om hete inzetstukken op te bergen terwijl ze afkoelen. Met een voetschakelaar (49-56-02, dezelfde voetschakelaar als voor de TMI B\u00fcchel micrometer) kunt u de machine handsfree bedienen. Al deze onderdelen worden apart van het instrument besteld.<\/p>\n<h3>Locatievereisten<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De SL-25 vereist 120\/230 VAC voeding (standaard Amerikaanse units zijn geconfigureerd voor 120 VAC), een schone, droge luchttoevoer van 90-120 PSI en een oppervlak dat ten minste 125 kg (275 lbs) kan dragen. Een omgevingstemperatuur van 18-22 \u00b0C wordt aanbevolen voor optimale prestaties.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>De hoofdeenheid meet 563 x 583 x 580 mm (22,2 x 22,9 x 22,8 in), breedte bij hoogte bij diepte. De Hot Tack\/Seal Test Unit voegt daar nog 185 x 150 x 177 mm (7,3 x 5,9 x 7,0 in) aan toe, dus houd rekening met de benodigde werkbankruimte voor beide als u hot tack-testen uitvoert.<\/p>\n<h3>Normen en naleving<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De SL-25 voldoet aan <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/normen\/astm-f-1921-nl-2\/\">ASTM F1921<\/a> voor hot tack-testen en <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/normen\/astm-f-2029-nl\/\">ASTM F2029<\/a> voor het maken van heatseals, met kalibratie volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/normen\/astm-e-4-nl\/\">ASTM E-4<\/a>.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ondersteund door de Industrial Physics-groep<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">TMI B\u00fcchel maakt deel uit van de Industrial Physics-groep.
