Het TQC Sheen LinQ System (AB4510) is een krachtige connectiviteits- en automatiseringsmodule die ontworpen is om uw TQC Sheen laboratoriuminstrumenten<\/a> te integreren met onze software, datasystemen en geautomatiseerde workflows. LinQ is ontwikkeld voor het testen van coatings, verf en materialen en geeft u volledige externe controle over compatibele instrumenten. Het helpt u om testen te stroomlijnen, handmatige stappen te verminderen en uw QC-processen te versnellen.<\/p>\n

Het LinQ systeem is ontworpen als een Universal Lab Controller (ULC) interface en maakt naadloze communicatie mogelijk tussen uw apparatuur en uw pc of dataplatform. Eenmaal aangesloten via USB kun je met LinQ commando’s versturen, bewegingen automatiseren, instellingen aanpassen en gegevens rechtstreeks van je testinstrumenten vastleggen. Dit integratieniveau helpt operatorvariabiliteit te elimineren en zorgt voor een consistente, herhaalbare testuitvoering in uw laboratorium.<\/p>\n

Het systeem ondersteunt een breed scala aan TQC Sheen apparaten via de dubbele TQC Sheen Bus poorten, waardoor het eenvoudig is om meerdere instrumenten aan te sluiten of de opstelling na verloop van tijd uit te breiden. Het communicatieprotocol is robuust en betrouwbaar en maakt gebruik van gestructureerde verzoek\/antwoordpakketten met CRC-32 foutcontrole om de integriteit van de gegevens te waarborgen. Met snelle responstijden en ingebouwde time-outverwerking is LinQ ontworpen voor betrouwbare prestaties in veeleisende laboratoriumomgevingen.<\/p>\n
