{"id":45341,"date":"2023-11-27T10:32:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T14:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/product\/automatische-cupping-tester\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T16:06:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T20:06:37","slug":"automatische-cupping-tester","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/product\/automatische-cupping-tester\/","title":{"rendered":"TQC Sheen automatische cuppingtester"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TQC Sheen Automatische cuppingtester om een cuppingtest (Erichsen \/ Dent) uit te voeren op gecoate stalen panelen om de weerstand van verf, lak of aanverwante producten te bepalen tegen barsten en\/of loskomen van een metalen substraat wanneer deze worden onderworpen aan geleidelijke vervorming door indrukking onder standaardomstandigheden.<br \/>\nDe test wordt gebruikt als een &#8220;pass \/ fail&#8221; test door te testen tot een bepaalde diepte of door de minimumdiepte te bepalen waarbij een coating faalt door de indrukking geleidelijk te vergroten.<\/p>\n<h4>Constante vervorming<\/h4>\n<p>Volgens de ISO1520-norm moeten panelen langzaam worden vervormd met een constante snelheid tussen 0,1 mm\/s en 0,3 mm\/s zonder onderbreking. Vooral bij dikkere stalen panelen is met handbediende testers niet altijd een ononderbroken vervorming mogelijk. De automatische cupping tester wordt aangedreven door een microstapgestuurde elektromotor die een precieze en gelijkmatige vervorming met stappen van 0,01 mm mogelijk maakt. Uniek is dat deze vervorming kan worden gepauzeerd \/ hervat.<\/p>\n<h4>Unieke Interface<\/h4>\n<p>Elke automatische cupping tester is uitgerust met de Triple I \u00ae Navigation Tool. Deze intelligente verlichtingsinterface leidt de operator door de TQC Sheen labmachines. Bij elke stap van het bedieningsmenu detecteert de interface welke knoppen actief zijn en geeft dit aan door middel van een verlicht rood centrum Dit resulteert in een zeer intu\u00eftief besturingssysteem dat wordt verrijkt met informatie op het full colour display van de machine.<\/p>\n<h4>Talrijke opstellingen<\/h4>\n<p>De automatische cupping-tester kan op verschillende manieren worden ingesteld. De aangepaste set-up is optioneel beveiligd met een wachtwoord, en na elk ingesteld aantal testruns worden statistieken getoond. Ook de belichting van het proefstuk kan worden ingesteld. Om maximale zichtbaarheid te garanderen van alle mogelijke soorten oppervlakken, inclusief hoogglans, matte of gekleurde monsters, is de TQC Sheen automatische cuppingtester uitgerust met een complementair lichtsysteem waarvan de kleuren kunnen worden gewijzigd om een maximaal contrast te bereiken. De sterkte van de LED&#8217;s is instelbaar, evenals de richting van de lichtbron.<br \/>\nDe TQC Sheen automatische cuppingtester heeft een TQC Sheen-Bus aansluiting (LinQ systeem niet inbegrepen).<\/p>\n<h4>Qualicoat<\/h4>\n<p>De cupping test is verplicht in Qualicoat en QIB geaccrediteerde laboratoria.<\/p>\n<h4>Normen<\/h4>\n<p>DIN-EN 13523-6, EN-ISO 1520, DIN 53156, DIN 53232, BS 3900-E4, NBN T22-104, NFT 30 019.
