Dozen kunnen worden getest om volledig in te storten of kunnen automatisch gedurende een bepaalde periode op een vooraf bepaalde belasting worden gehouden om de stapelbelastingen te evalueren.<\/p>\n<h3>Box-compressietesterconstructie<\/h3>\n<p>De constructie van de tester bestaat uit een stijve, bewegende plaat, aangedreven door vier recirculerende kogelomloopspindels. Degelparallellisme is beter dan 1:4000. Er worden belastingmetingen gedaan van gemiddeld vier gebalanceerde loadcellen om het effect van eventuele niet-gecentreerde belasting te compenseren.<\/p>\n<p>Het model CT beschikt over automatische controle van testprocedures vanaf een externe pc. Er wordt een uitgebreid Windows.NET-softwarepakket meegeleverd voor alle soorten testen.<\/p>\n<h3>Op een bank gemonteerde boxtesters<\/h3>\n<p>Kleine tot middelgrote dozen zijn het meest geschikt voor onze Bench Mounted Box Compression Tester. Dit zijn compacte, op een bank gemonteerde units met volledige computerbesturing en een nauwkeurig AC-servoaandrijfsysteem. De onderste platen zijn gemonteerd op 4 gebalanceerde loadcellen voor verbeterde nauwkeurigheid en tolerantie bij ongelijkmatige belasting.<\/p>\n<h4>Capaciteitsopties:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>25 kN<\/li>\n<li>50 kN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Opties voor standaard glasplaatgrootte:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>0,6 x 0,6 m<\/li>\n<li>0,6 x 0,6 m <em>(alleen 25 kN-optie)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>0,8&#215;0,8m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Vloerstaande testers<\/h3>\n<p>Grote dozen zijn het meest geschikt voor onze vloerstaande dozencompressietester. Dit zijn grote, vloerstaande units met volledige computerbesturing en een nauwkeurig AC-servoaandrijfsysteem.
