Het Torus B305 automatisch inspectiesysteem voor Preform van Torus<\/a>, ons specialistische testmerk, biedt een volledige reeks modulaire inspectiestations. Het stelt de klant in staat om de inspectievereisten te identificeren en een systeem te configureren dat voldoet aan de behoeften van de productiefaciliteit.<\/p>\n

Systeem voor voorvorminspectie<\/h3>\n

Het Torus B305 Automatic Preform Inspection System is een modulair systeem dat al uw voorvormdefecten kan inspecteren en meten. Elke module kan door de klant worden geselecteerd, zodat de configuratie kan worden aangepast aan uw behoeften op het gebied van kwaliteitscontrole. Dimensionale metingen worden automatisch gekalibreerd en kunnen worden herleid naar UKAS-normen, waardoor de gebruiker in ongeveer 15 minuten een volledig overzicht krijgt van de kwaliteit van de opname.<\/p>\n

Een volledig voorvorminspectiesysteem<\/h3>\n

De automatische schroefdraadstartuitlijning biedt onge\u00ebvenaarde ‘absolute’ maatmeetprestaties voor zowel hals- als carrosseriekenmerken, traceerbaar en gecertificeerd volgens UKAS-normen.<\/p>\n

Met behulp van de allernieuwste optische technologie en verlichting kan het systeem een grote verscheidenheid aan defectanalyses uitvoeren op onderdelen zoals Gate and Seal, Body Defects en Plastic Flow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De UV- en kleurinspectie controleert snel de UV-transmissiesnelheden en kleurgegevens ten opzichte van de preformspecificatie van de klant.<\/p>\n

Met de invoer van de laadbak kan de operator volledige shots preforms laden, met traceerbare meetresultaten van de Cavity Identification Module.<\/p>\n
