De functies omvatten automatische kalibratie, diagnostiek en controle en zorgen voor herhaalbare, nauwkeurige resultaten en uitzonderlijke prestaties, wat essentieel is voor de naleving van HACCP. Dankzij de grote knoppen en het duidelijke display is testen eenvoudig, worden fouten voorkomen en is er geen speciale opleiding voor de operator nodig, zodat de productie zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijk verloopt.<\/p>\n<h2>Gasanalysator<\/h2>\n<p>De Gaspace Advance is ontworpen om headspace te analyseren, met behulp van: Timed Tests, AutoSense, Peak\/Valley, Syringe Direct Injection of Continuous Testing. Met AutoSense kan een aantal verpakkingen snel worden getest met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n druk op de knop, wat tijd bespaart en de kwaliteitscontrole effici\u00ebnter maakt.<\/p>\n<p>Pass- en Fail-berichten versnellen het analyseproces en nemen alle onzekerheid weg bij de interpretatie van de resultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Het eenvoudig te gebruiken doorprikstation voor blikjes is een extra optie en ondersteunt harde blikjes en potjes voor nauwkeurige analyse met een standaard naaldsonde. Er is ook een 45\u00b0-adapter verkrijgbaar om de meting van lage volumes headspace te vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n<p>Met de software Gaspace Data Manager kunt u de op uw analysator opgeslagen resultaten downloaden en nieuwe instellingen uploaden.
