Ideaal voor het maken van trek- en scheurteststroken volgens diverse internationale testnormen wanneer conventioneel stansen niet geschikt of aanbevolen is. Dit apparaat is snel uitgegroeid tot een waardevol hulpmiddel uit het Ray-Ran-productassortiment en is ideaal voor alle soorten flexibele verpakkingen, films, folies en papier tot 250 \u00b5m (0,25 mm) dik.<\/p>\n<p>Uiterst eenvoudig te bedienen, de verstelbare veerbelaste kopsteun glijdt over geharde en geslepen stalen railgeleiders met lineaire rollagers om stijfheid en nauwkeurigheid te behouden tijdens het zagen. De snijkop is gemaakt van hoogwaardig gereedschapsstaal en verchroomd ter bescherming tegen roest. De snijkop bevat 2 op maat gemaakte vlijmscherpe mesjes met een tussenruimte van 0,01 mm. De messen van de maaikop kunnen gemakkelijk worden verwijderd wanneer ze versleten zijn en moeten worden vervangen; de nieuwe messen hoeven na montage niet meer te worden afgesteld. Met een minimale snijbreedte van 0,25 mm kunnen snijkoppen worden geleverd voor het snijden van enkele of meerdere testmonsters in \u00e9\u00e9n enkele doorgang, waardoor uw testcapaciteit en productiviteit toenemen.<\/p>\n<p>Het apparaat wordt geleverd met een verzonken voetstuk waarop een snijkussen, zoals karton of rubberplaat, kan worden aangebracht om de snijmessen tijdens het snijden te beschermen. Er is ook een klemmechanisme aangebracht om het monstermateriaal stevig te ondersteunen. Standaard is de lengte van de snijslag van het apparaat geschikt voor A4-formaat monsters, maar deze kan worden vergroot naar de individuele wensen van de klant.<\/p>\n<p>Om de microsnijmachine te bedienen, plaatst u het materiaal onder de snijrails en plaatst u het in het klemmechanisme. Schuif de snijkop lichtjes naar een positie over het materiaal op ongeveer 10 &#8211; 20 mm van de vastgeklemde rand. Duw de snijplotter naar beneden op het materiaal en trek de kop van de snijplotter naar u toe over de geleiderails. Breng de snijkop aan het einde van de slag terug naar de uitgangspositie.
