CMC-KUHNKE is sinds 1993 voortdurend bezig met het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van dit systeem, sinds &#8216;s werelds eerste automatische scoop met dubbele naad: <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/artikelen\/seametal-hd-21-cfr-11-naleving\/\">SEAMetal<\/a> 9000X werd ge\u00efntroduceerd.<\/p>\n<p>Onze <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/nl\/kennisbank\/artikelen\/seametal-hd-21-cfr-11-naleving\/\">SEAMetal<\/a> HD-software voor dubbele naden is eenvoudig te leren en de meest gebruiksvriendelijke in de branche. Jaren van voortdurende verbeteringen hebben ons in staat gesteld de eerste ge\u00efntegreerde High-Definition sensor voor dubbele naadinspectie te introduceren. Dit geeft een ongekende kijk op de dubbele naad. U kunt nu een scherper, helderder beeld krijgen dat een veel nauwkeurigere en herhaalbare meting geeft!<\/p>\n<p>Het systeem werkt onder Windows-besturingssystemen (inclusief Windows 10) en wordt op de computer aangesloten via USB 2 (of hoger).<\/p>\n<p>Bij GR&amp;R-testen van externe klanten bleek dit systeem een GR&amp;R-classificatie van &#8220;wereldklasse&#8221; te hebben!<\/p>\n<h4>De software meet:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lichaamsdikte,<\/li>\n<li>Dikte omslag,<\/li>\n<li>Naaddikte,<\/li>\n<li>Naadlengte (naadhoogte),<\/li>\n<li>Lichaamshaak,<\/li>\n<li>Omslag Haak,<\/li>\n<li>Rimpel (strakheid) &#8211; dit is een handmatige meting,<\/li>\n<li>Naadafstand,<\/li>\n<li>Verzinkboor,<\/li>\n<li>Lichaamshaak slaan,<\/li>\n<li>Dekking Haaksteken,<\/li>\n<li>Overlapping,<\/li>\n<li>Overlap %, (verzinkstuk &#8211; lengte),<\/li>\n<li>Vee, en nog veel meer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De software staat ook 5 normen toe (inclusief minimum, maximum, nominaal en oranje = onaanvaardbaar minimum en maximum).<\/p>\n<p>Elke meting kan worden uitgevoerd vanaf de high-definition sensor, via het toetsenbord of ge\u00efmporteerd vanaf een externe mechanische meter. De software biedt gemakkelijk te begrijpen en gratis grafieken van SPC-statistieken. Statistische berekeningen omvatten: Gemiddelde, standaardafwijking, zes sigma grafieken, CP, CPK, Kurtosis, Skewness alsmede UCL en LCL.<\/p>\n<p>De software is aanraakvriendelijk, u kunt zoomen, pannen en lijnen verplaatsen met een eenvoudig gebaar. Met de software kunt u rapporten aanpassen, onder meer door SPC-grafieken en naadafbeeldingen aan uw rapporten toe te voegen.
