{"id":289829,"date":"2025-01-23T06:13:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T10:13:59","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2026-07-28T04:03:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T08:03:42","slug":"astm-d3985-es","status":"publish","type":"standards","link":"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/es\/estandares\/astm-d3985-es\/","title":{"rendered":"ASTM D3985"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Presentaci\u00f3n de la norma ASTM D3985 &#8211; Industrial Physics<\/h2>\n<p>ASTM D3985 es un m\u00e9todo est\u00e1ndar internacional global de ASTM para medir las tasas de transmisi\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno a trav\u00e9s de pel\u00edculas y l\u00e1minas de pl\u00e1stico mediante el uso de un sensor culombim\u00e9trico.<\/p>\n<p>Este m\u00e9todo de prueba de ox\u00edgeno de ASTM revela la &#8220;tasa de estado estable&#8221; de la transmisi\u00f3n de gas ox\u00edgeno a trav\u00e9s de una variedad de muestras de pl\u00e1stico, incluidas pel\u00edculas, l\u00e1minas, laminados, coextrusiones o papeles y telas recubiertos de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<h3>La prueba ASTM D3985 determinar\u00e1 todo lo siguiente:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La tasa de transmisi\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno (TTO)<\/li>\n<li>La permeabilidad de la pel\u00edcula al gas ox\u00edgeno (PO2)<\/li>\n<li>El coeficiente de permeabilidad al ox\u00edgeno (P\u2032O2) para materiales homog\u00e9neos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>El proceso de prueba de ox\u00edgeno ASTM D3985<\/h3>\n<p>Para realizar un ensayo ASTM D3985, su muestra se sujeta a la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica ambiente como un semibloque cerrado entre dos c\u00e1maras. Desde aqu\u00ed se usa una corriente de nitr\u00f3geno para purgar una c\u00e1mara y se usa ox\u00edgeno para la otra.<\/p>\n<p>A medida que el ox\u00edgeno gaseoso atraviesa la pel\u00edcula y se transfiere al detector culombim\u00e9trico, se genera una corriente el\u00e9ctrica. Esto es proporcional al nivel de ox\u00edgeno que fluye a trav\u00e9s del detector por unidad de tiempo y el detector produce energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>En la prueba ASTM 3985 se usa ox\u00edgeno como gas de prueba, mientras que el gas portador es nitr\u00f3geno. La concentraci\u00f3n de gas ox\u00edgeno en la c\u00e1mara superior es mayor que en la c\u00e1mara inferior, ya que se crea una diferencia de concentraci\u00f3n entre los dos lados de la muestra.
