La energ\u00eda necesaria para provocar el fallo inicial de la probeta de ensayo se expresa en t\u00e9rminos del peso del dardo que provocar\u00eda el fallo del 50% de las probetas sometidas a ensayo. El instrumento cumple los <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/es\/estandares\/astm-d1709-metodo-a-y-b-2\/\">m\u00e9todos A y B de la norma ASTM D1709<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/industrialphysics.com\/es\/estandares\/iso-7765-1-es\/\">la norma ISO 7765, parte 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9todos de la m\u00e1quina de prueba de impacto.<\/h2>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos para sujetar la muestra de prueba y soltar el dardo est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para que puedan repetirse con precisi\u00f3n para cada prueba realizada. Las muestras de prueba simplemente se sujetan en el exclusivo sistema de abrazadera de dos piezas que proporciona una tensi\u00f3n constante en el \u00e1rea de la superficie de la muestra, lo que garantiza la repetibilidad de la prueba. A continuaci\u00f3n, se deja que un dardo de un peso conocido caiga libremente y golpee la muestra. La adici\u00f3n o eliminaci\u00f3n de pesos conocidos determina el fallo inicial de la muestra.<\/p>\n<p>Para cumplir las normas de ensayo pertinentes, se utiliza una altura de ca\u00edda del dardo de 660 mm con un dardo de radio esf\u00e9rico de 1 \u00bd&#8221; (m\u00e9todo A,) y una altura de 1524 mm con un dardo de radio esf\u00e9rico de 2&#8243; (m\u00e9todo B).
