Die Plattform bewegt sich linear und wird \u00fcber einen Drehknopf f\u00fcr Einzel- oder Mehrfachpr\u00fcfungen bedient. Ein elektronischer Timer zeigt die Geschwindigkeit an, die durch Verringerung oder Erh\u00f6hung des Luftdrucks gesteuert werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Portal tr\u00e4gt f\u00fcnf unabh\u00e4ngige, verzahnte Finger, die eine konstante, vertikale Last auf austauschbare Kratzspitzen aus\u00fcben. Das Portalsystem verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Griff zum Heben und Senken der Arme. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind f\u00fcnf Auflagest\u00fctzen eingebaut, die es erm\u00f6glichen, einen oder mehrere Arme in eine aufrechte Ruheposition zu bringen, so dass der Arm die Probe w\u00e4hrend der Pr\u00fcfung nicht ber\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>An der Oberseite jedes Armfingers sind Einzelgewichte mit unterschiedlicher Last angebracht, die eine Standardkraft auf die Oberfl\u00e4che des Pr\u00fcfmaterials aus\u00fcben. Jedes Ger\u00e4t enth\u00e4lt einen Gewichtssatz von 2N, 3N, 4N, 5N, 6N, 7N, 10N, 15N und 20N. Optional sind auch Gewichtss\u00e4tze erh\u00e4ltlich, die entweder aus 4N, 8N, 9N, 13N oder 8N, 13N, 18N Gewichten bestehen. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist ein optionales Gewicht von 25N oder ein Pr\u00e4zisionsgewichts-Kit zur Erreichung von 0,6N-Lasten erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl in der Regel flache Proben mit einer Dicke von bis zu 22 mm gepr\u00fcft werden, k\u00f6nnen Sie mit den &#8220;freischwebenden&#8221; Fingern auch leicht konturierte Proben pr\u00fcfen, sofern diese starr sind oder angemessen unterst\u00fctzt werden. Ein federbelasteter Probenhalter ist Standard und kann am Ende oder an der Seite der beweglichen Plattform angebracht werden, um eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Flexibilit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zur Befestigung von konturierten Proben sind zwei Probenhalter vorgesehen.
