Es nutzt modernste konfokale Technologie f\u00fcr die schnelle, ber\u00fchrungslose Inspektion von Turbinen- und Kompressorschaufeln. Das System kann als manuell beladenes Messger\u00e4t oder als automatisierte roboterbeladene Zelle geliefert werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Prinzip der Messungen<\/h3>\n<p>Polychromatisches wei\u00dfes Licht wird durch ein optisches System mit mehreren Linsen auf die Zieloberfl\u00e4che fokussiert. Die Linsen sind so angeordnet, dass das wei\u00dfe Licht durch kontrollierte chromatische Aberration in monochromatisches Licht gestreut wird. Jeder Wellenl\u00e4nge wird durch eine Werkskalibrierung ein bestimmter Abstand zum Ziel zugewiesen. Nur die Wellenl\u00e4nge, die genau auf das Ziel fokussiert ist, wird f\u00fcr die Messung verwendet. Dieses von der Oberfl\u00e4che reflektierte Licht wird durch eine konfokale Blende auf ein Spektrometer geleitet, das die spektralen Ver\u00e4nderungen erkennt und verarbeitet.<br \/>\nDieses einzigartige Messprinzip erm\u00f6glicht die Messung von Verschiebungen und Abst\u00e4nden mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision und extremer r\u00e4umlicher Aufl\u00f6sung.
