Juli 2023 \u2013<\/strong> KKR, ein f\u00fchrendes globales Investmentunternehmen, gab am 19. Juli 2023 den Abschluss der zuvor <a href=\"https:\/\/media.kkr.com\/news-details\/?news_id=789d15bc-cfff-4fab-9274-0699276334f4\">angek\u00fcndigten<\/a> \u00dcbernahme von Industrial Physics (das \u201eUnternehmen\u201c), einem f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von Test- und Messger\u00e4ten, durch von KKR verwaltete Investmentfonds, bekannt. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Abschluss der Transaktion wurde Barry Lyon zum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ernannt und Lance Reisman hat die Rolle des Vorstandsvorsitzenden \u00fcbernommen. Barry tritt die Nachfolge von Jim Neville an, der das Unternehmen seit 2016 leitet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barry kommt nach \u00fcber f\u00fcnfzehn Jahren bei der Danaher Corporation (\u201eDanaher\u201c) zu Industrial Physics , darunter mehr als f\u00fcnf Jahre als Leiter gro\u00dfer globaler Unternehmen in der Test- und Messbranche. Zuletzt war Barry als Pr\u00e4sident f\u00fcr Mikrobiologie bei Beckman Coulter t\u00e4tig, einem globalen Unternehmen f\u00fcr klinische Diagnostik und Betreibergesellschaft von Danaher. Davor war er Pr\u00e4sident von Sea-Bird Scientific, einem marktf\u00fchrenden Anbieter von Instrumenten f\u00fcr die Meeresforschung. Barry verbrachte au\u00dferdem fast acht Jahre in verschiedenen Funktionen bei Hach, einem weltweit f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von Messger\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die Wasserqualit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung, wo er eng mit Lance zusammenarbeitete. Lance arbeitete zuvor bei Danaher, zuletzt als Group Executive und Vice President, verantwortlich f\u00fcr Danahers Water Quality Platform. In dieser Rolle leitete Lance ganzheitliche betriebliche und kommerzielle Transformationen und f\u00fchrte eine Reihe strategischer Akquisitionen durch.
