When taking an innovative approach to packaging, time is needed for refinement and testing to ensure that the new product meets the quality and safety required for its application. However, to be a viable option for companies to select, the innovative packaging must several key requirements: it must be replicable at scale, delivered within the timeframe set and at an appropriate cost to the customer.”
