We manufacture automated, high-technology leak testers, leak and flow testers, and package testers. With many happy customers across the automotive, medical device, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical industries, we’re here to help.
Our machines offer high resolution results that are both repeatable and downloadable.
TM Electronics has been in the business of manufacturing measuring instruments for over 60 years. We’ve spent that time inventing brilliant devices that can improve both the quality and productivity of your processes.
We started out in the metal fabrication industry where we specialized for 20 years. In the early eighties we saw an opportunity to create medical devices and expand our measuring device portfolio. Thankfully, we grasped it and the move broadened our horizons. Soon the innovative minds of our engineers were imagining new devices to improve the automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, and food manufacturing markets.
Now we manufacture the best in automated, high technology leak testers, leak and flow testers, and package testers.
Leaks and faulty flow can lead to product failure. A leak or seal weakness can lead to environmental contamination, loss of sterility, or component failure. And if you aren’t on top of your quality processes, you lose your products, your reputation, and quite possibly your customers.
Our products offer the solution. They may be highly technical, but the concepts are simple enough. The test instruments prove the liquid or gaseous integrity of your packaging. We can test porous and non-porous packaging of medical devices. And we can examine the seal strength or any package leakage problems of foods and pharmaceuticals.
Recently we developed a line of non-destructive test systems for flexible, non-porous products and packages. And we also enjoy designing and manufacturing custom test fixtures for solving your special testing needs.
Many of our customers have relied on our products for numerous years, some for several decades! This is testament to our product portfolio. But the strength of these relationships has also been nurtured through our commitment to customer service. Our people are ready to help you with any after-sale technical support you need and can offer calibration and repair services.
As we move into the 21st century, test method standardization and regulations are developing across the world. TM Electronics will continue to push the testing industry forward and help customers all over the world to meet these standards.
